Excellent product!
I used this on my aboveground pool liner up above the waterline near the top edge where it hooks onto the frame. It is incredibly sticky and is adhering very well. I wish there had been a bit more instructions with it. There is a top clear layer over the tape that was unclear if it was meant to peel off. I did take it off in one spot, which was extremely difficult and then just left it alone in the other areas I used it on. It is wearing the same either way. I would heartily reccomend this tape! Can't speak to any underwater usage though.

Thick very sturdy its basically sticky back vinyl. Actual pool material works great to seal holes and sticks really well. Its totally worth price. I used to patch a few holes on my intex pool and also on a tent and RV. Worked perfect for all. I was surprised.

It doesn't STICK to anything!!
I got this to repair some cat litter mats that had tears in the waterproof lining. I wouldn't STICK to ANYTHING!!
