I have POTS and I use these generously during the warmer summer months in addition to other salt supplements. I LOVE how these taste. They don't have a salty taste at all. I call them my "rescue" salt for when I'm feeling extra symptomatic because 2 tablets of these work like a charm. I honestly wish I could eat more of them because they are delicious

These taste great and help keep me hydrated during race weekends! I use after my runs while training and during the big race days. They are a must to pack when I go! Great flavor and it doesn’t upset my gut health or leave any weird tastes. The speed in which they work is amazing! I have recommended for anyone needing help to stay hydrated beyond just drinking water.

I will never have these on hand. They are so easy to pop in your mouth. Ever since I’ve started using them I can see a difference in how I recover after a long walk or hike. I don’t have muscle cramping, and I’m able to get the electrolytes in because when I am up in the mountains and above my normal elevation, I tend to not want to drink any electrolytes but these have really helped me get the electrolytes I need for recovery.

These are amazing for my half marathon training. I'm able to throw them in my belt or vest and they keep me energized and replace those lost electrolytes during these hot summer runs.

Got these salt tablets for summer long-distance running. First time I had them was during a half marathon race and they did not disappoint after I ran out of electrolyte drink. They are tasty (got orange flavor) and dissolve without having powdery residue, aka no choking while running. Highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.

My husband has episodes since covid, these are the only thing we've found that resolves episodes he has. Thank goodness for a product that helps and easy to carry along. He could not do a 20 minute walk but if he takes one starting our walk he doesn't get faint or lightheaded! An awesome relief!

Great electrolytes for running- they come in smaller packs too if you don’t want to carry a big bottle with you. I use as directed and enjoy very much.
