Torts sucks but 5 stars anyways because the book was well made and it's not the book’s fault it was made into torturous subject matter.

Assigned book. I liked this text, the composition was helpful and I liked the note cases. However, I have nothing to compare it to as I don't read tort books in my non-existent spare time during law school.

Perfectly as described. Lightly used, not too many marks/highlights. Always wish that law books were a little less expensive, but that's the nature of school!

Very angry that I paid $200 for this book. Pages are coming out in my hand as I turn them, I can’t return this and have another come in time for my class and I am a broke student so I can’t just keep this one until another arrives. This was also so marked up I can take any notes or highlight anything cause it is absolutely full. Do not believe them when they say a book is ‘good’ it is barely readable through other people’s notes and it is shedding pages like an old dog. Hope it lasts me the semester.
