I know this product is not new, but the back had a lot of scratches. The screen was new, with a screen translucent protector. Also it came with a green cover.

not really compatible with "all" networks as stated
I bought this phone because of the description of unlocked for all networks. It worked with my first carrier, but now won't for the second because it is not actually unlocked for "all" networks. The phone physically works fine.

Good Phone
Phone works great. I gave 4 stars because it does not work with straight talk. It is only GSM unlocked. I switched to AT&T because its compatible with them.

Reliable Device.
This for me was a good /better first choice with an I phone. It is a lot more powerful phone than one would imagine. I use all the low power modes that I can to maintain battery strength, update the software when necessary and in my case I am not hesitant to turn-off the device when I can. Good Buy! Be aware that this is a smaller device/ smaller screen but is very comfortable to handle.
