We relocated a shelf in a corner next to a doorway, and only realized later that if the door was ever forcefully opened, the corner of the shelf would focus all that energy directly into a glass pane.So before our two year old does that by accident, I got these in the hopes I could put them on the shelf and prevent the glass from taking the hit, and do so with the minimal visual disturbance.Placing these on is very easy, just remove the backing and stick it on, has a strong adhesive so make sure you know where it's going first. I spent some time lining them up beforehand, and seeing which height I wanted to use, before actually taking the backing off and placing it.One thing to note is that these are way firmer than I expected. They do have some give but only a small amount, I'm pretty sure I could put four on my shoe and put all of my weight on them and wouldn't compress them more than halfway. I consider this a good thing, as they'll stop the door right where you want it but also have some shock absorbency so they don't just smack into a hard stop.Overall, great value for the amount you get, and the size variety covers a wide range.

I used these bumpers on a bug guard that is installed on my Dad's old Toyota pickup truck. The bug guard was installed 17+ years ago and still in good shape. But over time the plastic has stretched or sagged a tad causing it to flex far too much in head winds to be effective anymore. I merely added the bumpers to the back side to keep it fixed (without rattling) rather allowing it to flex further. It worked as I had hoped...and the bumpers were very easy to install with (so far) strong adhesive. As with most adhesives, I thoroughly cleaned the surfaces the bumpers were going to be attached to first making sure no oil (or other foreign material) residue was present. So far so good...decent value and nice selection of sizes in this packet.

Soft solid rubber legs or bumpers, however you choose to use them. Hold up well.

I found the shortest of the three to be about what I expected and what I was looking for in terms of soft/hardness and slip resistance. The middle height was significantly harder. The tallest was hard. For my purposes, I'd prefer they were less hard. The gradation in harness probably makes sense if you scale the size and weight of what you're putting on them to their height.
