Not a physical separator on plate but it still does the trick
There's no preferring between the sections it's just a flat plate w a picture on it to show you how much meat vedg carbs

Portion control
I love how it helps control your portions because even when we are eating healthy; we could be eating more calories. I had a Gastric sleeve in 2016 and have gained some weight. This has helped my stomach pouch to shrink again the plate is sturdy material and easy to use wash/clean. My dietician recommended it and I am very pleased with my purchase. It it helping in my Weightloss journey along with other life style changes again.

liked it !But.. I prob should of looked more in detail because the plate and portion size is a little big for my Bariatric friends. I did think its great for getting a idea that gives a blue print of how portion control make look like.
