I've purchased these repeatedly for a couple years now and use them every day. I love the scent, as does my family and anyone else I have had around my house. They are always the same consistent quality and smell. The scent is of course very subjective but in all the objective categories of incense, these check all the boxes.

Reputedly this is organic, based on an ancient formula for health, and created by holy men. The scent is pleasant, but not a great scent. It is not a perfumed scent. I purchase this for cleansing, not everyone believes in this I know, but I have found it to be helpful in cleansing a house of negative energy. I recommend it highly. It is difficult to find, I believe, because people misunderstand the purpose of this incense. I've read that this is a helpful tool similar to sage. And I have found this to be true. The incense sticks are thicker than most and are solid. The Monastery Monks do not cheat and you get a solid stick. One used to be able to buy this through Amazon Prime for about $8 so I find the shipping cost on this a little steep.

I bought this same incense many years ago from a BoHo type of store and I still have one box left. I thought I buy some from Amazon.....well I got it today and I'm disappointed. It smells like dirt....literally. They are soft and I believe they may have gotten wet.

Doesn't stay lit, not impressed with the scent.

Great soothing incense with a nice mellow burn, perfect for meditation.Long lasting stimulates the inner peace , make sure to listen to your breath.

I use this regularly for meditation and healing. It is also good for clearing negative vibrations. Highly recommend this incense.
