The knob has 6 set screws and comes with different sized rubber bushings allowing it to fit most if not all shifters. basically if you can take your knob off of your current shifter and there is a shaft still protruding out you can most likely attach this wonderful contraption. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well on TH8A *by on Reviewed in the United States 9 June 2026* After a few days of use, I can safely say that this was a good purchase. The shifter is well made and feels like a quality product. The buttons are responsive and well placed, so you are unlikely to press them by mistake.I use it for ETS2 and ATS, and it feels much more immersive than the original TH8A knob, the small round one. It is much bigger and taller, fits well in the hand, and genuinely feels like a truck shifter.Regarding the USB cable, the setup is almost plug-and-play. You simply need to add an additional controller in the settings, as explained in one of the product videos on this site. The shifter is then immediately recognised by the game, and you can customise the buttons however you like.The installation process is the only part that I found slightly less straightforward. You first need to place a rubber sleeve around the shifter shaft and then tighten it with screws.
