I got this as a gift for my mother as she has recently gotten into candle making. I sent it directly to her so I havnt seen the quantity. She has told me only 12 packets were in the package, shes missing Albezia flower and lotus leaf. All the packets were unmarked so they had no names/labels. I had to show her the product picture so she could tell the difference.
