Sturdy, very strong material and easy to clip. Too tight on the Otter Commuter though, I have to be careful not to strip the case from the phone when taking it out, because of how tight it is. However, since the manufacturers usually make gun holsters, from the way its built it seems that it will last more than the case and even the phone
