Works worldwide. No need for a transformer. You just need a plug converter. The USA version comes with two flat pins and the sticker on the plug reads 'input 100-240v 50/60Hz 0.5A'. Goes in sideways into my converter, (which was less than £2.) Works great. I put a tea towel over it to protect my eyes from the light. I like having a lit 'on' button. I don't want a sensor. But I keep touching the inside with wet nails! They're not even long!!! I'll get use to it I'm sure. The updated 18G might be better for client use. I'm not sure but might not be covered by manufacturer guarantee and possibly professional insurance, if bought on Amazon. I bought from Cosmetics Central and I recommend them highly for international shipping.

Great light! Very lightweight. I tried a UV light with bulbs; forget about it. LED is the way to go. Much less curing time and the LED lamps don't need bulb replacements. I'm glad I spent a little extra for this light. Also - you don't need to wear gloves because the lights only hit your nails and not your whole hand. Great light! Worth the price!

I say that because most curing is 30 seconds or 60 seconds. This is a 45 second. Confusing to me. Works fine.

This lamp is nice and light weight but does the job! I do Gel Manicures every day and this is a very easy and fast lamp. I plan to get a second one for gel pedicures soon. :-)

Does not actually cure the gel polish, total waste of money VERY Disappointing

I was tired of driving 60 miles to the nail salon and having to wait in line to get my nails done.So I purchased this and some other items to do my nails at home.This light works great for what I am using it for!

Drys my gel polish quicker than my previous one and doesn't beep, which scared my dog. Fitting my whole hand in speeds the process even more.
