For reference I am 28 I’ve been Vegan 10 years never had any issues with my hemoglobin levels, even with back to back pregnancies and breast-feeding until after gastric bypass; currently two years post op gastric bypass. I was extremely tired, super fatigued I was feeling exhausted from basic playing at the playground with my kids. I felt noticeable improvement in my overall energy about three weeks in and I kept telling my husband I feel so good because I finally did not feel profoundly exhausted all day every day! I Saw improvement in my blood work in just one month of taking consistently! I will say the first three days It’s very tough on the digestive system, like most high iron supplements . I personally never had any issues using the restroom , consistently will go every day 1 time. For me the first three days it was painful to even sit down as I experienced a combination of constipation and diarrhea. I started taking with vitamin C to help absorption and I’ve had no issues since! I would recommend to anyone! I personally like it so much more than the liquid irons because I don’t have to taste the strong iron flavor. Overall extremely happy and will continue to purchase! The delivery was fast and accurate. I've only used them one day but seems not to upset my stomach. So far so good. Will update if there are any changes. I have a sensitive stomach so will see if I have any problems.

Work for my anemia while not hurting my stomach like some others

low iron saturation serum iron divided by TIBC tests. (I have no knowledge on impact of hemoglobin or Hematocrit.) Lowest norm of iron sat used to be 15, now its listed as 11. Down to 8. Started taking 2x 150 mg, daily taking polysaccharide (no constipation issues) up to .0983 in FOUR months. Expect to be within LOWEST normal range in 4 more months. 2nd time this issue, 30 year ago took 12 months to get to normal, now much older expect slower uptake maybe more that 12 month to return to midrange normal. maybe auto immune, no cause determined. Must be monitored by blood work to not become iron toxic overload. Was sleeping all night through then up to 3-4 hour naps daily, no energy. Only did what I forced myself to do.

This Iron supplement is one of the few without unnecessary dyes. Will continue to purchase.
