Long enough and plenty stretchy.
My last purchase of my favourite brand lasted so long that they were sold out the I needed more. after a couple of tries I found these and they are good. Longe enough for a few turns around a simple ponytail and on the soft/stretchy side so not too damaging.

The bands a great, especially as I have fine hair and they stay in place

Breaking after only a nights rest
I braid my hair at night and then I sleep with it in so that I can wake up in the morning and not have to worry about my braids being wrecked. But with these elastics, They always break overnight somehow. I sleep with a bonnet on so It isn’t friction on my pillowcase, the elastics just Aren’t made of very good material
