I have been using the FightCamp program to workout and learn some boxing basics. I was having trouble learning how to "slip" because I couldn't envision punches coming at me. I bought the double-ended bag to help with my timing and my "slipping".First, I'll just admit - on day one I felt like an idiot. I've been punching a heavy bag for about a year but I had nowhere near the level of coordination I needed to keep a steady rhythm on this bag. I was hitting too hard and too inconsistently. This is not the tool you use to develop power.After a few workouts and after watching some videos of people using this the right way, I am improving. This is a great tool to improve timing and agility. I am still a beginner but I can already see improvement and I am excited to make this a part of my regular routine.I recommend this to anyone with similar goals. You won't get a punching power workout from it, but it will help with a lot of other skills like hand-eye coordination, balance, and agility.

A great solid product.Others I have purchased are flimsy and don’t hold air .This one is just a good one for the price.

Bought this last few days of December I’ve been using it everyday to get my hands right in 20-30 min sessions 1-2x a day at the end of March during a session the string started to break I know it wasn’t expensive but I’m not a pro doing hour long sessions going full strength knowing I can destroy it I’m just a average trying to master hand eye & my combos thought I’d get more run out of it

I recently purchased this double end bag for my home gym. I wanted to incorporate some boxing drills to my daily workouts. I am a beginner and this product was easy to inflate and put up. The ball itself is made of durable and quality material and the seller includes a pump to inflate the ball. The bungee rope ends are also of high material and latch on with ease to your choice of anchoring.I am very pleased with the workouts that I have been able to achieve as well. I am burning more calories and are getting a great full body workout. Highly recommend this product!

Overall in my opinion this bag is very much worth you money, it offers a great amount of value in comparison to what the other items on the market provide. If you were thinking of getting one this is the best place to start these guys genuinely want to give you something worth while. It has a nice black slick look and a satisfying feeling when hit. In addition the reflex headband is so much fun as a little warm up i often find myself getting carried away with it, it’s a fun challenge to improve at it and they give you two of different weights( reflex ball) which was a welcome surprise. The pump works very well and has not given us any issues. In conclusion this is great value for your money it provides what you need and more so it gets a great score form me.

Use this for my class. Had to always inflate my old bag but this one has done well over 8 months of use.

This is a good low price products, you can use it in many ways and is easy for beginners, I have about a 9 foot tall area and this fits perfectly, you can also rig it up to make it longer or shorter. So far I have had no problems at all with the bag. The head bands that come is definitely tougher but is really good for hand eye coordination and reflexes.

I had received a product with a minor defect, and customer service was prompt to take care of it and send out a replacement. Product is great -- does what it is meant to, and is sold at a fair price.

I exchanged a previous double bag speed ball for this one. My husband is very happy with his new db speed ball. The ball moves well, the stabilising ropes were perfect. Great product.
