Fits my IS300!
First off Moog makes great stuff, but unfortunately they aren’t solely manufactured in the USA. They have manufactures all over the world. With that out of the way, I had to replace the (ultimately both) inner tie rods on my ’02 Lexus IS300. I decided to go with these and they are a great buy that comes with the locking washer, inner tie rod, and jam nut. Just to let you know, I rented the OEM (brand) Tie Rod tool and the smallest Tie Rod adapter from Autozone to get the job done. To get the job done correctly you’ll have to jack up the car, remove the tire, remove the ball joint with a ball joint remover (had to remove my caliper with 2 bolts), remove the locking washer by hammering it out, and remove the inner tie rod. The tie rod adapter fits perfectly on the new (and old) tie rod, but while the old tie rod has the washer it doesn’t allow the adapter to fit in. So I used a 3 lbs drop hammer and hammered it in and was able to remove it. Important note, before you remove the inner tie rod from the ball joint, do yourself a favor and measure the distance between the ball joint to the end of the inner tie rod. When I pulled the old one out and measured it with the new one, the Moog is slightly shorter than the stock inner tie rod. So counting the number of turns is useless. Always get your car alignment done afterwards so you don’t kill yourself or someone else on the road. I used the string method to get my car’s toe aligned. Google “DIY alignment string method”.

Up to OEM Specs and more.
Amazing product, fitted about perfect in my IS300 Sportcross. The instalaion was not bad either took a few hour under no pressure to complet it. This item are a few MM shorter than OEM so when trying to adjust to the eye dont. Your going to be off anyway, use the string method alignments much easier if you cant take it to your local shop to get it done better or your personal machine is down. They are tight i feel like even my body roll slightly decreased as well. Over all goot stuff here guys. Recomended for sure.

Does what it needs to do
Moog makes good products, so this one was no exception. Got these installed with minimal effort and work great.

Fixed My Steering Wheel Vibrations & Moving To Sides
Previously had a small vibration on my steering wheel while driving above 65Mph. Besides that, my IS was moving slightly to the left both local and highway. Wheel balance was not the cause. This INNER TIE sure did the magic to remove the issue. No More Vibration not moving to sides by itself. - previous inner tie was stock ; was bent a bit and inner end of the rod had no strength compared to the New MOOG Inner Tie. FYI; wheel alignment is mandatory afterwards.

It was a tad bit stubborn
Quality part overall, but it was a little bit difficult to install. I probably wouldn't recommend doing it yourself unless you're a mechanic. It was extraneous to get the threads lined up. It came pre-greased with a locking nut and washer. I'd probably recommend getting an OEM washer (they're about $2 a piece at your local Lexus dealer). I couldn't quite get the washer to line up how I wanted.

One's open
Everythings there but one out of the two was an older version/opened like someone had it for awhile and decided to return it for whatever reason. Would've waited a few more days to alteast get an unopened one. Probably the only one who would deal with this though
