Great little knife!
First and foremost, it's a razor blade, extremely sharp! It's tips the scale at 1.9 oz. So the thing feels so light in your pocket, to the point of not bothering you being there. This one accepts the utility blades, both stainless and black oxide, along with the drop point blades. If you like serrated edges, you can get them too, 1/2 of the blade is serrated, again either black or stainless.Replaceable blades is really cool, you'll always have a sharp edge. If you like, you can still sharpen them if you wish. You get the knife with 2 utility blades and 1 drop point. All this and about 22 bucks, you can't go wrong. Even if someone takes it, they're affordable.I wish I knew about these years ago.

Does a great job
Had one like this but a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, the store does not carry them anymore and needed a new one. This one is exactly like the one we had. Extremely sharp and cuts well. Small enough to clip on waist or carry in pocket. Definitely a great purchase.

straight razor style blades are super easy to sharpen
I have much nicer knives than this, but I find myself carrying this a lot. It's cheap, I don't care if the blade gets screwed up, and when it gets dull, the straight edge is extremely easy to sharpen. It actually holds an edge pretty darn well, but I basically touch it up with a diamond-wheel sharpener at the end of any day I use this thing, because it takes like 20 seconds tops, and this thing is back to being factory sharp. This thing is seriously underappreciated, and I kinda wish they'd come out with this blade type for their 3.5" knives, too. In the mean time, I'll continue enjoying this one whenever I need to open up stubborn packaging.

Better than a cardboard cutter, but not perfect
I needed it for shaping wood as an alternative to a regular folding knife. It is usable, but it is not as sturdy as I hoped. There are 2 sources of play - blade holder vs. handle and blade vs. blade holder. The first one is mostly mitigable by tightening a screw, while the second one is not. I have tried to tighten up the holder in a vise, but I'm afraid to break it. It is not horribly loose, but tolerance could be tighter. Anyways, the knife is usable, but could be better. To be fair, all the cardboard cutters (which are alternatives to this knife in the replaceable blade domain), even expensive ones, have a worse blade play - perhaps, they are only intended for low-precision job. The bottom line is - if you do a very high precision job - get a fixed-blade knife. Otherwise, this knife would probably work OK for you. It is very sharp. Blades are easy to replace. Clip is easy to remove, and knife ergonomics is OK to use it without clip.
