Faulty within minutes
The camera arrived on time and within the window Amazon said it would be delivered in the morning. As this was late in the day I didn't get to test it until the day after. As with most IP camera's, this was simply a matter of plugging it in. Rather than using any apps I have my IP cameras on their own network, so I looked for the newly assigned IP address (from my router) and opened the IP address in a browser window on the computer. The first thing it asked was for me to change the password, PERFECT! (Although I believe there may be a backdoor account on these revotech cameras)I continued to log in and check the camera settings for feeds 1 and 2 which were set to H264 profiles and at the highest resolution, so this was a great start. I made sure the camera was set to DHCP and continued to check through the settings on the side panel, this is where things went wrong. I noticed the side menus were "expanding" however nothing was appearing in the main body of the webpage. I opened a command prompt on the machine I was using and tried to ping the camera. Nothing. No reply.I've restarted the camera a number of times, tried it on two other POE switches, and connected it to another network (at work) for a sanity check, and every time it receives an IP Address and then doesn't respond to any ping, http or rtsp requests. - This is such a shame because I've used some revotech camera's in the past and although they may not be as good as say Axis, Hivision, or Reolink they are compact and "do the job" for the most part and at a lower cost. I'm not sure if it is the particular item or something wider. I have opted to return this for a full refund as a replacement wasn't offered.

Surprisingly good
I was surprised at how good this was for the price, AND it has a microphone so I can now also hear the retail floor

FTP and SD support missing
I have many IP connected cameras. In all cases bar one I have set these up using a browser interface. I did that with this camera successfully, and my preferred third party App (Tiny Cam Pro) displays the image/live video stream perfectly on both Smart TV and phone. However, I cannot push pictures or streams to either local FTP or even a paid-for cloud. I can find no way of storing alarm images other than by email. The "record" box is blanked out in the browser alarm settings page.As with a previous camera I reviewed (and kept despite the shortcomings), this model has limitations for my perhaps more arcane system. The promise of RTSP and ONVIF has hoodwinked me - yes miffed, but my fault I should have checked more carefully that either cloud storage or, better, FTP support was offered - neither seems to exist. This comprehensive yeses and nos list may help others from a similar pitfall.ok - the GOOD points:* An aesthetically pleasing low profile camera (as ceiling domes go) with a staggeringly large field of view. In my 16' wide/26' long garage I can see the whole floor, full height to the left and right axes of the picture (fore and aft of the garage) and a good way up the side walls (the up and down camera axis).* Easy to connect using a browser as I prefer, and easy to configure in the browser - including setting a fixed IP address, changing video parameters, time zone etc.* The daylight and night pictures are high quality for an average scene - and becayse it is in a garage, infra red LEDs are on most of the time.Bad points/points of note* No FTP protocol - cannot push alarm images or video clips to a local NAS.* No obvious means to subscribe to Cloud.* The App suggested (NVSEE) is nothing short of a disaster if the camera has been set up in a browser and the admin password changed (as indeed it should be). One can add the camera and see a video stream. However, the moment you close the app and reopen it, the camera is reported as off line (it isn't) - and the only way I have found to view it on that app is to delete it and re-add it - each and every time you log in!There may be an option to purchase cloud storage in that App - but I can't find out. As soon as I come away from viewing the image, it throws me out and then tells me the camera is offline.I expected to be able to set the following - as I can with almost all other cameras that I own and are in continuous use:* connect up using default credentials to a browser for easy configuration (YES - DONE).* set the IP address manually rather than DHCP (YES - DONE).* set the web port (YES DONE).* set the RTSP port (YES - DONE)* set the ONVIF port (no - it is fixed, but not a problem, can swap it to a preferred choice for external access in the router)* set up to four separate rectangles and sensitivities for motion detect (YES TO FOUR RECTANGLES, ONLY ONE SENSITIVITY)* set Day/Night crossover threshold (YES - including scheduling and/or disable of IRLEDs - excellent)* set an FTP address to upload alarm stills and clips to a NAS (NOT POSSIBLE - AND A SHOW STOPPER FOR ME)* play with subtle video settings (brightness, contrast...) (YES - good).* Alerts by email (Yes)In summary, an excellent image with good adjustability - but no useful means to stream or snapshot to local storage, only email. Why no FTP or cloud support? I think sadly this one will have to go back for that reason.

Great quality camera for small spaces.
Although this camera is designed for indoor use, I’ve placed it in a small dry animal enclosure outside that we’ve bought. Powered by POE and connected through the ONVIF profile to my Hikvision DVR for remote access and recording. Night vision is very good with little to no available external light sources. We wanted a small cost effective but good quality camera with a fisheye lens to monitor a small space. A week in, with lots of rain around its dry enclosure it’s performed brilliantly with really clear pictures. The motion detection tells us if anything has entered the enclosure, it took a little fine tuning to get the motion detection correct but this is fairly normal with any camera (expensive and cheap) I’ve configured. Images through the night are really clear, especially as it’s a small dry animal enclosure with one entrance that’s facing towards a dark corner. For the price, Its brilliant and it’s doing the job of a camera three times it’s price bracket brilliantly. Highly recommended.Only one negative sadly, I cannot get the RTSP support to work. I’ll be catching up with support if available.

The media could not be loaded. Vedremo quanto dura.

A good cheap camera that spies on you
I am a professional in the security industry and generally would never buy a camera like this, however when you are dealing with a personal completely closed circuit system and want it to be as cheap as possible, this becomes an option. I’m not really writing this review to critique the product or manufacturer so much as inform the consumer. These cameras at this price point from a completely unknown manufacturer and vendor should not surprise anyone when you find out they are completely built and designed around spying, but regardless I wanted to inform all of you that this product is setup in multiple ways to spy on you if you allow it to have any network connection what so ever. Regardless if you plug it into the back of your NVR and think you are so tricky, your not. If you can access your NVR or this camera directly from a computer or your phone then they too can see what’s on your camera. I could list the different ways they are doing that with this one, but it’s rather a pointless endeavor. Personally I simply use this on a completely closed circuit system with absolutely no network connection and only accessible from a directly connected monitor. That’s the only truly safe way regardless of how smart or clever you think you are. The manual also doesn’t mention the default IP, that’s 192.168.1.29(This changed on the second one I purchased, so sniff it out and don't use the app on your phone they suggest) and easily found using wireshark or similar sniffing software. The onvif port is 6688 and the default credentials are username:admin with no password. Hope this helps you make your decision.

Telecamera
Qualità non entusiasmante . Puoi metterla a soffitto solo se alto . A parete non puoi orientarla . Poca qualità nell’immagine . Non soddisfatto
