Review: Does not work - 2 splitters will not allow simultaneous access - I needed both devices to be online at the same time. I wired as directed using two of these splitters. The first computer worked fine and had fast speeds. But as soon as I connected the second computer the link went dead. Unhooking the second computer got the connection back, but this time instead of negotiating at 1000/full it was negotiating at 10/half. Speed was drastically reduced. Save yourself the aggravation and skip this one.

**Q: Can I use it to plug in my ps4 and my pc?**
A: This is an Ethernet Splitter, which means that these connectors are RJ45.  They are usually used on a router port to add additional device connections than the router has ports.  I do not believe that this Ethernet Splitter will work for your application.

**Q: Will this allow 2 internet phones to work off of the same outlet in the wall?**
A: yes, it allow, it is a adapter splitter of 1 port to 2 port, The function is to expand one interface into two interfaces

**Q: Plugged in devices 1 and 2 into splitter, device 1 on, device 2 is off power, yet no signal to device 1, unless physically unplug device 2. Defective?**
A: This is a simple device and should work.
1. Plug it into a router position 
2. Plug a cable from your computer into slot 1.
3. If your computer gets on the internet, then that slot 1 is good.
4. Now plug the cable in slot 2,
5. If your computer works in that slot, then the splitter is good.
6. If slot 1 o 2 doesn't work, then the splitter is bad.

**Q: Can I used this took hook up 2 computers to one printer?**
A: yes, you can, But two computers cannot work at the same time. If a single computer is connected to a printer, the other computer cannot work.
