I was very disappointed to discover that The ingredients listed on the picture of the ingredient label for this particular flavor(oatmeal chocolate chip) did not list any gluten ingredients, but the product that I received does contain gluten ingredients. This is very disappointing, especially due to the fact that this is not refundable.

I've been using it for years.
A friend gave me a sample of this several years ago. I am a huge fan of redcon1 mre lite protein powders. My favorite flavors are peanut butter cookie and chocolate chip cookie dough. I usual make it into a smoothie with vanilla almond milk, banana, ice and the powder.
