What is the difference between the 400mg and the 100mg elemental magnesium numbers? How much MG is actually in a serving?

I called them up and the actual amount of Magnesium per dose is 100mg which is 25% of one's daily needs but you may be getting magnesium from other sources and one's needs can be variable. The bigger point is that this product is far more absorb-able that non ionic forms so per dose you are getting much more. I take the 2.5 ml per day and I am getting good results both mentally and physically.

difference of this and "remag"brand? how compair...?

My body likes this product better than remag. I’ve tried both. I used to have tachycardia, but after a few fixes, taking this included I no longer have that issue. I do not like that they both come in plastic bottles. Both have a strong flavor.

How long would one bottle last?

I have had mine for more than a month and have been using it everyday. I still probably have at least a quarter of the bottle left

Does your bottle have an expiration date printed on it? Mine, which I just bought, says MG 0414 01 close to the cap. Did I received an expired one?

Hi, my bottle has the same MG 0414 01 I thought it was strange that it doesn't have an expiration date, the MG either stands for Magnesium as we all know or manufactured goods and 0414 meaning April 2014, there is a phone number at the very bottom below the information, I think it would be a good idea to call and find out to be on the safe side, so far this Magnesium has worked wonders for me, but I'd call just to make sure :)
