This is a great product. And, I trust the Trace Minerals company. But, more importantly, it works. Remember, a little bit goes a long way!!! Just a couple of drops allows for cognitive clarity. Topically, it does wonders for healing pimples. Takes the dark scabbing away. I wish I’d known about this long ago. I can’t wait to see more effects as I continue to use it in the future. It gives me a calming burst of energy, and helps with my mood.

When taking on an empty stomach, it causes detox.For the beginning, I took 1/2 dropper once a day on a full stomach. Worked my way up over a long time. Now, I take the recommended dosage (3 dropper per day) with no symptoms. Gives me energy and nourishes my body with minerals. Really like this product! Recommended!

this is a no go - made my heart start racing - it was kinda scary

I did not start out with the full recommended dose. I took half that and it disturbed my sleep (I am sensitive to supplements). After that I started very small in my dose are worked up to what was best for me. Nice quality. I take it with a shot of juice and cannot taste it. It gives me good energy. I drink this instead of caffeine and I feel like it gives me a subtle boost without any negative effects.

Didn’t really notice a difference, yes, the taste is bitter, but it’s supposed to be if it’s these kinds of minerals. It’s honestly not that bad.
