I didn’t buy for the intended purpose, but these are great! I wanted a smaller cooler to hold a single bottle and these fit in there no problem and keeps the milk cold! So happy I found these as they’re versatile and fit in a small space. Quality is good so far! These freeze hard so I feel comfortable knowing they’ll stay frozen longer. This makes my life so easy!

I use these for my insulin and while it doesn't last a super long time, they are great for travel when paired with my insulated medicine bag

Bought this as a replacement to the one I had because it was lost. Been using this case for years… as a diabetic, you need to carry insulin pens around in a safe spot that keeps them insulated. This does just that. Also has plenty of room for several pen needles. It fits 2 pens comfortably.

Needed them to put in my cooler to get my cold stuff from the grocery store cold!!! Work great!!!!

Do not stay frozen long

I have bought 2 of this.. my family love it. Very convenience size

I needed to keep my dogs medication ‘refrigerated’ during a 10 hr multiple planes/airports/layover travel day - I pre-froze 4 of the ice packs; on travel day I put (squeezed) all 4 packs and his medication into a small foil-lined insulin case. These packs worked perfectly and his medication was chilled and safe upon our arrival.

Would work for a toothache, headache, neck pain but … I didn’t check the measurements - they’re quite small. Plus they ARE NOT flexible gel packs so they freeze solid. I’m giving them a 3 star rating because they may be beneficial in some way at some time (though the cost of $8 is a bit much for thisitem). The fault is mine for not paying attention.

It does not keep my insulin cold.

Es práctico y todo cabe bien. El estampado es bonito y parece de buena calidad, sin embargo no conserva por mucho tiempo lo frío y de hecho al tocar el estuche se traspasa frío de las almohadillas frías hacia fuera. Podría ayudar para viajes cortos.

El producto es de buena calidad, tal como en las fotografías, en lo personal me a sido muy útil, luce muy duradero.

I ordered this expecting that a thermal bag for transport is included as what the description said. But i received the package to have the 2 gel packs only. How can i use these gels then without the transport bag.
