First time sprouter
I've been researching and daughter showed me her plastic lids...I purchased these because they appeared better made than her plastic lids....only time will tell.

Nice quality, good price, easy to use, works perfectly, highly recommend over plastic!
After searching online and seeing all the high prices for other sets, I realized this was the best price for a full sprouting setup for 4 quart jars. I was concerned about the negative reviews but took a chance and ordered them anyway. So glad I did! They are just what I wanted. They look and feel like they are made well and are easy to clean. I haven't seen any signs of rust after constant use for 9 days. The adjustable holders work great, make draining easier and let in more air than my previous bowl-draining method. One thing I do to help prevent bacterial growth: Each day for the last 2 days before the sprouts are ready, I fill the jar with water (with sprouts inside), add 1 tablespoon of Hydrogen Peroxide (regular 3% from grocery store) to each jar, shake gently to mix, let it set for 2 minutes, drain, then rinse with fresh water, and drain as usual. My sprouts grow well and smell and taste fresher when ready. (Hydrogen Peroxide adds oxygen to the water and helps kill bacteria that might be lurking.) Of course, when sprouts are ready, put solid lids on the jars and refrigerate.

Eh
Just eh. The mesh lids fit fine but the rings don't. Plus I'm sure the metal lids will eventually rust. I have standard size mason jars (both regular and wide mouth) and these rings do not fit. I had to use my other Ball rings. The bracket things that prop up the jars was the only part about this set that I like and even those are kinda substandard.UPDATE: After using the lids only for a week to sprout my alfalfa, kale, and arugula seeds (in 3 separate jars), they rusted! After ONE cycle! So not happy about that at all.Really, the only positive about this set is the support pieces for holding your jars at an angle. All the metal pieces are total junk. The stars I have given in this review are literally only for the support bracket things. If this had been a set of only lids, they would not have gotten more than 1 star. Really really unhappy with feeling like my money was wasted on these... Not worth what they charge for them to only be good for ONE sprouting cycle, not to even mention the fact I couldn't use their rings either because they didn't fit into my Ball jars!Sorry, I just would not recommend this product. Not at all.

Mixed
The screen lids are excellent. The little stands are useless as far as I’m concerned they don’t hold up glass jars very well they need to be bigger and more robust.

Growing micro greens
The jars work very well to grow the micro greens, but the stands tend to partially collapse.
