For me, one of the downsides of a traditional gun safe is…it looks like a gun safe! This is a beautiful addition to my home, and a secure way to hide something from criminals in plain sight.The only issue was that I am unable to open and close it via the company’s app. A small thing, but it would be helpful in an emergency. The only reason why I didn’t rate this 5 stars.

I have not completely taken this out of the box, it is a retirement gift to my son! The front looks amazing!

Only 2 minor issues …. The product I first received was not what I ordered (inside label did not match outside label) and the orange sticker that shows where to use the RFID card was not in place.But… the seller was quick to send a mailing label to return the first package and quick to send out the replacement. And the dot sticker was not a major issue because the unit is small enough to slide the card around until the lock disengages. So what started out as a minor inconvenience turned out to be a great experience. If I need another of these in the future, I’ll definitely buy from this seller again. The unit looks great on my wall! I added a few magnets purchased from Amazon and it works out nicely. I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome.

Thank you for the quick delivery! It was promised 9/28 and arrived a day early!!! Which was great because I ordered it as a birthday present for my husband. He loves it! And It goes well with our modern farmhouse decor.

The kit comes with everything you need and instructions are straightforward. I only have one item (Glock 17 fully loaded) in the case, and the supplied magnet holds it in place perfectly. It is easy to use and I have tested it weekly and it continues to work flawlessly.

Where to start. Not as nice looking as in picture. Stain fingerprints on it and the lock stopped working even after replacing batteries we had or guns locked in it for a week until we busted it open with an air bladder. No customer service number to call. No response to email. Unable to get through to anyone on the order number and could not leave a message. The stars are a bit cheesy also. The rfid is crap
