Caffe VitaCafe Del Sol Whole Bean Coffee (Light-Medium), 12 oz

I like it, and find it makes a consistent espresso. I have a Rancillio Rocky grinder and a Rancillio Silva espresso machine at home and use this coffee as my basic for espresso. I grind this one on #6-#8 and it gives me loads of crema during the press. It is warm and rich with nutty, caramelicious notes and no bitterness. A very consistent product from a great roasting company.

I think this Cafe Vitta blend is one of the better blends I've had. Sweet, nutty, little vanilla characterizes the tone of the beans. Perfect for espresso. The extraction process is a little different. Had to change my settings from the other beans.

I don't consider myself a top notch coffee expert but I do know more than the average joe. I do know that coffee has about a month after it's been roasted for you to get the full affect of its texture. I ordered this from Amazon for the free 2-day shipping since I have prime. But what I got was not at all worth the few bucks and time I saved. The beans had been roasted 3 1/2 months prior to me getting them. That just wasn't ok with me especially since I paid very close to the amount I would've if I'd just had ordered it straight from cafe vita.... The espresso was not the quality I was looking for since it was so old

This is my favorite coffee on the planet. I use it in my nespresso for lattes or espresso.

Great coffee; has a sweet, chocolatey taste, nice crema, and amber color. Not oily at all. Just wish I had gotten more.
