I think these are helping as a joint supplement, though it's hard to say. I wish there was more transparency about the supply chain. As with so many supplements, it's hard to know if this company is sourcing cleanly. The Papnami website is super vague and uses marketing language over transparency, and the contact links don't work. I'll probably go with a more legit brand next time.
