I love these so much we got 3! One for us and each grandparent. Now we don’t need them anymore and I’ve been tempted to set them up for the front door or other places around my house to watch our cat or animals outdoors for fun. So worth the cost and easy to use. The night vision is surprising good as well. The notifications would have been convenient if we needed them but we didn’t. The motion detector was very sensitive so it does work well.

Used it for 2 weeks now without big issue, this is the third camera I bought after 2 Wansview cams.The overall performance is similar like Wansview, clear image, good night vision, remote pan tilt function and motion detection with 30-60 seconds clips captured, longer than Wansview. The app design is really good, much better than Wansview. Also it comes with sound detection function, which Wansview doesn't support. The Alexa function works for me, but the setup took me some time, also similar like Wansview cam, the streaming has 2-3 seconds delay in Echoshow, I guess this is related to my network speed, as it happens to all my cams.It has an extra feature compared to my old cam, when I turn it off, the camera lens will hide itself into the body, for total privacy mode. Also I can set a geofencing privacy mode, which means when my cellphone connects to same wifi with the camera, the camera will automatically go into privay mode.The only thing I didn't like is, it doesn't support 5G WiFi, I have a friend who are seeking for a 5G wifi cam, if this works, I can suggest this one to him, but anyway, it works fine for my router.I'm gonna buy their outdoor cam for my garden, hope the outdoor cam is as good as indoor cam.

Bought this to monitor our pup's crate in the other room. Camera works very well (IR is OK quality, but very usable). Daytime/color quality is excellent. Notifications to cell work perfectly, and sound coming FROM the camera is good.However, the 2-way intercom feature is HORRIBLE. Upon clicking the button to speak TO our pup, the sound coming out of the monitor/camera is VERY LOUD and very distorted. We try to talk soothingly to our pup who is crate trained, but it is NOT AT ALL soothing to literally whisper or talk softly into the phone, and we can hear it sounding like it's screaming at her from half way across the house!We've tried reading up on adjusting the volume on the pup's end, but there is no adjustment. I wrote to the manufacturer, and they asked me to make a video of it being loud?! It's loud, it's distorted, what do they need to see/hear? I merely was looking for suggestions to mitigate the overly loud, obnoxious intercom, but they haven't been helpful.We really like this camera and the notifications coming from the unit to our cells, but if we're going to want to continue using it to speak to our pup and try to calm her while we're away (works great both on wifi in home and while we're out of the house and she's safe in her crate), we're likely going to have to return this and go with another brand.

My previous security cameras connected to a 2.4Ghz network and did not offer the option of a 5Ghz network so I really wanted to like this camera. When I found this camera, I was very hopeful but after a trial run, I became disappointed. Despite the brand, this camera belongs to the Arenti family of security cameras so it shares the Arenti app with that brand. Similar to other brands, cloud recording require a monthly subscription, and local recording can be done via micro SD card.Pros:- connects easily to 5Ghz or 2.4 Ghz networks- WiFi connection is strong and steady without disconnections- the camera is super lightweight and can be mounted with the use of double-sided tape- the base of the camera is magnetic so I recommend mounting a metal pad onto the double-sided tape and taking advantage of the magnetic base. This will allow you to easily adjust angles later on since the camera is only attached via magnet rather than tape or nail/screw fixture.- camera can be mounted upside down via a magnetic base since its lightweight and the magnet is strong- video quality is decentCons:- not as wide-angle as I would like so if you are mounting in a small room, your field of vision is limited- camera angle is fixed and the lens cannot be rotated via the app- the night vision video quality is subpar- the audio lags and is not as clearI end up returning this since night vision and wide-angle is most important to me but if 5Ghz connection is crucial to your setup, this is one of the better 5Ghz cameras available at this time.

I am returning this because it doesn't actually work. Says its connecting but then each time it fails.

The media could not be loaded.  It can be mounted discreetly to the ceiling of placed prominently as an obvious deterrent to break ins. I like that I can use the app to look in on things when I’m not at the store and I can see things quite clearly even if all the lights are off.It comes with two stickers warning people that they’re under surveillance which are worth money all by themselves.It has a good radius and it seems to be able to actually move the camera with the app. I’m not sure if this is just really good radius and design, but I’m pretty sure that it physically moves up and down.Huge issues with traditional security cameras that this camera handles are: using the cloud to store data. This means that if someone steals or breaks the camera, all the footage has already been uploaded so the thief just stole a camera that they can’t use but if they ever take it out, I can look through it and find out more information about the criminalThis also means it can hold a lot of data. No looping tapes/cards to worry aboutTwo-way talking, this is cool and useful for a lot of things. For my situation with a small business, it means I can keep an eye on things without being in the store. It’s good for everyone because anyone who has questions can check in with me or the other app holders including the tech guy. It’s very useful. In a crisis situation, I think that letting someone know that they have been seen, the police are on the way and you are documenting their crimes as they occur shows that the crime is out of their control and would be helpful in driving someone away before they do more damage.The wide view, intruder alert setting and infrared night setting all make it very versatileIt looks very modern and sleek. I love the design!Cons: it needs internet to run off of and upload to the cloud. If there’s a power outage this could be a downside. Backup internet like a phone for a hotspot is a cheap and easy solution and a power bank can work as an emergency‘generator’ if needed.It’s also important to remember that this is an inside camera. It isn’t protected from water or extremes in temperatures but there are some variations that are rated for outside.Needing power and internet are kind of obvious, some cameras do charge and I think this one has a battery, but I’ve always left it plugged in because I don’t want to mess with the setup.I am extremely impressed with the value for my money, it’s a good camera for the price. It would be a lot more to get a whole security system and it is a lot like a security system.Depending on your situation, it is good to realize that this is a one room at most solution and you might want to think about how many you may need for the entire house and look at the outdoor version for outside too!The picture clarity is great 👍🏻 light or dark and there’s a lot of exploration to find all the things it’s capable of. I’m still learning, it’s easy to learn but very cool technology 😎

It works well for us. We had to put our recently adopted dog in our laundry room to avoid any accident but we want to see how is she coping all alone by herself. We wanted to see what’s happening in the room as we sleep on the second floor of our home. We were surprised to see that doggy was sleeping like a baby.The monitor has a good night vision as well. It was an excellent choice. A1!

For $30 this is a great option. Pretty good (good enough) picture quality, easy to use and set up and comes with a ceiling mount. Motion detection works well. Dont really have any big complaints

I was hesitant on purchasing this for my sister’s baby shower. She had a different one on her wish list but this one was a bit similar and on sale, with a better rating.It is very easy to set up and connect. She had no issues connecting it to their devices and has told me it has been very useful. When she wants to do some housework or shower she has access to look at her baby anytime and it helped her as a new mother, to put her mind at ease and know her baby is safe.The quality is impressive for the price. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular as I could not afford the more expensive ones, but I am happy I went with my instinct and purchased this one because it’s affordable and works.
