Convenient packaging of a great product at a good value!
This burn gel is a great product! A good value when purchased in bulk, the price of the total contents of the packets in this item is comparable to normal household-sized tubes containing the same total amount of product. It works as expected for burn gel, and the small packets make taking a some on the go or keeping some in an emergency bag or first aid kid very simple. Perhaps the best part of using the packets is that there is no open tube, so excess medication will not collect in screw threads on the tube closure, and messes and waste from dispensing too much product from a tube are nearly eliminated.

Tiny and combining size. :) UPDATED
These are really combinant as you can tose them around the house, car, motorcycle bag, wallet... you name it.They are really tiny for sure but I believe there is enough for the typical burn size... none the less as there are more than 100 I just have a bunch of them everywhere.I gave 4 stars because I haven’t try it yet and I’m not gonna burn myself for just the review. :) But it’s mainly the Lidocaine what is gonna take the pain away. There are other ingredients like aloe Vera and mentol that are supposed to help. Well ... I’m uploading some pictures so you can see all the ingredients and see the size.UPDATE: I was playing with the dog and I felt on the concrete scratching my hands "really bad" they were was "burning" and I had to drive... so I thought lets try the Gel with the lidocaine... lets see if it helps with the pain. and ... it really did. It took a little bit of time and I put on some nitrile gloves just to avoid the gel from ending up all over my steering wheel. ... but the important thing is that it really work. :)So... I'm changing from 4 stars to 5 .

Owwie! I accidentally touched the pizza pan when I took it out of the oven , and burned the side of my finger. I applied this ointment and the pain went away!

great product!
I started buying boxes of these individually packaged items for first aid kits. Now I'm hooked! We much prefer these individual packages over a tube of anything! It's nice because we all have Altoid Tin first aid kits for purses. I also made a little larger first aid kits with some tins purchased here on amazon that are just a bit larger than an altoid tin. Those tins are 3-3/4 x 5 x 1-1/2. (see pictures attached). Having a tube only allows for the product to be at home in the medicine cabinet. Having these individual packets allows us to carry everything with us everywhere. If we use something, we simply replace it when we get home. I can't begin to tell you how handy this has been in just the month or so we have been carrying first aid kits. See pictures attached. I do have a few more items on order and there is plenty of room in my tin to add a few more things (additional bandages, pepto bismol, tylenol, benadryl, etc.) My 14 year old son was helping me cook and got a small burn on his hand while taking something out of the oven. We right away put cold water on it and this burn gel and it worked like a charm.

Use a little dab and save the rest. This stuff is like Gold!
I first learned about this from my son whom attended Univ of Louisville medical school. It it wonderful to stop the pain of minor cuts, scrapes and stings. (Hang nails, paper cuts, insect bites and stings) It’s simple to use, a little dab is all that’s needed. If the injury or sting doesn’t itch or hurt, it will heal faster. I give it to all of my friends and family members. It’s a must in your purse! I’ve raised 6 kids, it’s a must!

Amazing stuff!
I carried a few of these in my first aid kit and recently used them on my buddy. His Ducati slipped out from under him while he was going 100 kph and he wasn't wearing his gear. He slid down the asphalt road trying to stop himself with his hands until he burned all of the skin off of his palms, then he rolled himself onto his left arm still trying to stop his slide and prevent himself from sliding into oncoming traffic. After finally coming to a stop, the asphalt had burned off almost every layer of skin and begun burning the flesh in is palms, forearms, and upper arm. Fortunately his jeans protected his bum from getting road burn although they were practically worn away.Being a "tough biker" and all he refused to go to the hospital, so I went to his house and bandaged him up. I wrote all of this to say that out of all the creams I tried on him he absolutely loved this burn gel!I highly recommend this gel and so does my buddy.
