11” Standard racks won’t fit
Inside width is 10.50”. Not 11”. I haven’t been able to find racks that fit just right. It is NOT a standard width canner. It’s a great piece of cookware, no doubt. But this deviation from industry standards. Even compared to the interior widths of their other canners. It’s been a major inconvenience in regards to canning. No standard size canning racks will fit. You need to use much smaller. Also, the size listed is not as advertised.

Pressure cook 30-35 pounds of chicken at one time for my dogs. Cook for 2 hours and the bones are soft enough to feed to the dogs so I do not have to debone the chicken and the dogs also get the minerals in the bones. Win, Win. It would be better if it has a pressure gauge.

Pressure Cooker/Canner
I bought this unit primarily for canning (at sea level). The 21 quart size was the largest size that would fit under my Induction range hood. The base plate of this canner is 9" which is right for my largest burner, and the 11" interior works well for holding 14 pint jars (2 levels of 7). I am using the 11" racks, which are a little cumbersome because of the close tolerance but do work. I started with a water level of 3" and using normal canning practice I vented steam for 10 minutes before installing the pressure regulator, and when it began to wobble I cut back the heat until it sounded right. I mention this last sentence because the manual only speaks to cooking processes, not canning. Performance was perfect! The unit and I will be canning for many years.

Easy to clean and I love the stainless steel!
I will not purchase another type of pressure cooker! I have recommended this product all my family and friends! I use this cooker for my broths only it has cut my time by hours! It only takes approximately 20 to 30 mins to complete. Best Buy I ever made plus I love the stainless steel!

No instructions
This seems like a really nice piece of equipment. Unfortunately, I have not used it. It came with no instructions that made it easy to use. And it was touted as a pressure canner as well as a pressure cooker. There were zero instructions on how to use it as a canner.So, I feel badly giving such a nice item one star, but if therecare no decent instructions on how to use it, it's not worth much.
