I mainly use this for baking sourdough bread at 475 degrees. The edges of the paper that stick out of my cast iron dutch oven turn brown, but doesn’t look burnt like some other parchment paper I’ve used. I liked the size and thickness and that it’s unbleached and eco-friendly. The rolls are large and will last a long time, and the paper cuts easily on the cutting device attached to the box.

I love to bake, I hate “greasing” the pans….here’s an easy and clean solution. Clean-up is a breeze. This appear is slick and simpler to cut and use…one roll should last the average home cook for years and years. Also excellent liner for bird cages, butterfly cages and any that sort of application. It’s a great product.

On the down side, this paper is pretty thin. I need to use 2 layers to help ensure the bottom crust of my sourdough doesn't over brown. But on the up side: It's very strong, so I routinely re-use one or both pieces 2 or even 3 times. AND unlike every brand of parchment paper at the grocery stores, somehow they've figured out how to keep the paper trimming evenly instead of having to use scissors on the 2nd half of the roll to get an even cut.
