Big fat rockwool cubes. They are nice. Careful thpugh, they killed a lot of seedlings as they sprouted. The rockwool is hard and just sheared the plants off as they sprouted. When I started softening the area at the top of the hole the sprouts stopped getting sheared off.

I have a few grows now under my belt, but I am always looking for new products to use that will increase efficiency. Primarily, these end up being electronics that just make the entire process easier. I went the "el cheapo" route before and ordered some rockwool "cubes" that were in a huge sheet, and just absolute trash. They would basically crumble in your hands. I am happy to tell you that this is not the case with this product. These little blocks are the perfect size for seedlings or cuttings. They also are firm to the touch. The plastic around them helps keep the shape so it is much harder to accidentally close the air pockets in the rockwool. I would give this product a 5 star rating, but the glove in the picture was not included.

I have been using this brand for a couple of years in my porch hydroponic garden. I have placed multiple orders which always come fast and in perfect condition. Works as expected

What's not to like? They are rock wool cubes. The hole is on one side about halfway through. Perfect for starting seeds. You can start clones with them but I find them kind of small for that. I will buy them again.

They work great for hydroponics! Small,cheap and easy to use I put them in the baskets with clay pebbles. Can't say anything bad about this product highly recommend
