Impressed with shoe rack, which is very sturdy and easy/quick to assemble. It took me a few minutes to assemble with no extra kit needed. Very impressed with excellent customer service. After having the shoe rack for about a year, we moved house and lost the screws to reassemble in the move. I got in contact with the seller SONGMICS who got back to me straight away and sent me replacement screws for free. The photos above are frrom when we reassmbled the shoe rack, this is after we've had this for over year and still in good condition. Would recommend. Thank you SONGMICS.

This has the potential to be a really good product, however the one that I received had several faults, including a couple of poorly drilled/misaligned holes, damage to one of the end pieces (which had occurred prior to it being painted), marks on one of the shelves, and a poor quality hex key. On the plus side, the item was well packaged and would be unlikely to suffer damage in transit.I'm a reasonable DIYer and I managed to sort out/hide the defects. I actually shortened the whole unit by several inches so it would fit into a particular location, and overall I am now pleased with the stand.I hope other purchasers have more luck than I did with mine (out of the box anyway). Quality control checks at the factory really need to be improved in my view.

This shoe rack was very straight forward to assemble and overall it does look very nice. However on closer inspection the white end pieces (on mine) weren't finished off very well. There is an area of paint missing and one of the joints aren't fully engaged which shows a crack in the paint. Generally also the smoothness is not the best and the same can be said for the paint job and finish. I will have to take it apart to fill, rub down and re-paint the end pieces. This is not something that I expected that I would have to do. A real shame as if it wasn't for this it would be a very good product. I think that I have just been unlucky with mine and when the seller (SONGMICS) became aware of the problems I had experienced they couldn't have been more helpful. The customer service I received was second to none and one of the best I have ever had.

I bought this shoe rack because I needed something which would fit nicely in my cupboard beneath my stairs, something compact and bjou. Anyway this arrived on time and well packaged , it took me ten minutes to assemble. It had all of the screws and shelves which I like to see. It is not flimsy or rickety , it is sturdy and stable . It is also made very well and yes it can hold 12 pairs of shoes very well and easily. So, yes this is a shoe rack that I would purchase again and I would compliment the supplier for a well made product .

This is just what I need to tidy up my hall. It looks smaller than I had imagined but that is a fault with my imagination, not the product! It does measure exactly 70 x 55 x 26 cm, with 18.5 cm between shelves and 8.4 cm underneath the bottom shelf. The white ends are painted wood, not metal as I had at first thought. The unit is very easy to assemble, they even provide the hex key needed for the screws, and it is very sturdy when done. The shelf is not quite strong enough to sit on, but a board placed on top (across the supports) sorts that out. In short, I love it!
