Exactly what I wanted it to be.
I need a smart card reader to check and archive my tachograph data as part of my job and my new laptop lacked a card slot. Windows 10 installed the drivers automatically the first time I inserted my card and connected to my docking station and attached to the under side of my desk with double sided tape this devise works perfectly for the task I bought it for. The plastic is thick enough that the case feels solid but as it is light it is likely to wander about your work surface unless you fasten it in place somehow.

Super easy, plug & play
Bought to use with a Portuguese ID card, wasn't sure if it would work on my M1 macbook Pro running monterey, but it worked flawlessly. Didn't need to download any software or drivers. Would recommend

Not for Lativan ID cards
Did not recognise Lativan ID card, and probably won't work for Baltic countries too.

I used it to have access to my Portuguese ID, worked just fine for that. No trouble installing drivers, just plug & play.

Better than I thought
I think thought much of it when I ordered but I am glad I did. I managed to sort out my things thanks to this device.Worth the money!
