Griddlers Logic Puzzles: Black and White

This is my second Griddlers bound puzzle book. I got this so I could do the puzzles quickly during meetings so I can focus on the speaker ( i am an auditory learner and the math and pencil action help me focus). I do not do the puzzles specifically for the picture, so all of the volumes are equally satisfactory to me. I like how the puzzles are laid out so there is little smudging from puzzle to puzzle (I am left handed and a hand-dragger). The first several puzzles are easy enough for my 12 and 10 year old to do, and the instructions are very clear. Wonderful alternative for those who do the Conceptis examples in the Games World of Puzzle books, but with a lower level of difficulty.Really happy with it.

Like the curate's egg good in parts. Since these are produced by enthusiasts they are not well edited. I want proper plain griddlers - not things with triangles and not things with varying shades of grey. Also some of the griddlers are frankly for beginners which comes back to editing - there should be starter intermediate and expert books - not trying to combine all in one - with 22 volumes to date it should be capable of repackaging in such a format. It is such a pity that the Sunday Telegraph no longer publish books as these were generally much more consistent and better. You could say I am disappointed - there are some very good puzzles in here but also a load of absolute rubbish

Griddles are great but these pictures are boring + repetitive . e.g. 3 faces in a row etc. other books are better
