Blade pulled client's hair
With the price of detachable going up, it is important to me to know that I will be getting a consistent product that works as it's supposed to. From the first swipe, both me and my client felt the blade pulling on his hair which is obviously unacceptable. Unfortunately, I ordered this to replace a blade that wasn't completely run down yet, so by the time I actually used it it was already outside of the return window, so into the trash it went. I love Oster products, have been using their blades from my first day of barbering, but this one was completely useless and even caused pain to a customer of mine. This is the first and only Oster blade I have ever had issues with, and it's unfortunate that I have to give it a 1 star review.
