After few months of installing the device stopped responding, customer support are not helpful, they don’t reply as quickly as promised.Their other products are fine but this one is a not worth it, you can buy another brand if you want an RGB strip light at a premium.

After using it for almost a year i can tell that nanoleaf essential products are the worst in the market especially this RGB strip it’s extremely bad on the connection side it keeps disconnecting every single day and the nanoleaf Thread Network i haven’t seen something very poor and not efficient like this technology that they have it’s very bad i literally have no words to describe how bad its i suffered a year with this product but no more i am switching to another brand. No more nanoleaf
