Tasty "medium" roast
This coffee was tasty enough, but it seemed to be a lighter than what I'd consider a medium roast. With a little adjustment to my grind and quantity, this was perfectly fine for a morning Americano.

nice drinkable medium roast, ideal for a flat white
really enjoyed this ethiopian yirgacheffe, in the past i would normally save most yirgacheffes for my filter/aeropress uses but we used this with our espresso machine and was pleasantly surprised by the results.a nice smooth clean cup of coffee that was very enjoyable for both breakfast and lunchtime coffee time.

Great smooth coffee
I absolutely love this coffee range so was delighted to get these Ethiopian style beans. They are a medium roast, and really versatile. However they pack a really strong flavour that is incredibly smooth. I would happily recommend this to any coffee lover.

Not such nice coffee
I normally buy direct from a coffee supplier, but needed a backup supply. I've had Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee from my usual source, and liked it so thought it would be similar. The coffee doesn't really taste fresh and I definitely realise the benefit of buying freshly roasted beans, as these beans don't taste like they have been roasted in the last 3 or 4 months, whereas my normal beans are roasted a week or so before despatch. I'm sorry I won't be buying these again.
