Could not even use it for 1 month. The handle broke within 10 days.
The media could not be loaded. The holder broke while I was serving coffee. I was very happy with the product initially as it brewed the coffee as I like. Loved the coffee making process but the holder broke within 11 days of usage and I can't use it anymore now. I'm sad.
