Jeder, der trading betrieben hat, war mit den Ängsten und Problemen, die in diesem Buch beschrieben werden, bereits konfrontiert.Man bekommt nicht nur eine Übersicht und auch Erklärungen, wo diese Ängste herkommen, sondern auch leicht durchzuführende Übungen, um sich mit den Ängsten auseinanderzusetzen und diese letztlich loszuwerden. Der weitaus beste Punkt an diesem Buch ist jedoch die Veränderung der grundsätzlichen Sichtweisen in Bezug auf das Daytrading.Für mich persönlich ist es auch ein großer Vorteil, dass alles sehr kurz und prägnant dargestellt wird und darauf verzichtet wird, weiter als nötig auszuholen.Wie oben beschrieben, jeder, der mit trading bereits Erfahrungen gemacht hat, wird sich in dem Buch wieder- und Lösungsansätze für sich finden. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

This is a short book so if you're looking for quantity you may be disappointed. But this book has some practical exercises to help you with overcoming your fears. Initially, I dismissed some of these exercises (such as the tapping) because I thought they were "out there" but I finally decided to try the tapping exercise and then proceeded to put on my best futures trade of the entire year which required me to take a position at close and hold overnight. I ended up holding the trade for 2 days. I have also purchased 3 of LR Thomas' books on Audible which are nice and concise.

You must buy this book if you are starting trading or thinking of starting. This is the best book I have read about trading, this book is more important than learning how to trade. Trading is easy once you have sorted your mind out and this book will do that for you.

This little book has synthesized so much in my personal evolution as a trader, reinforced some of my observations, andoffered an excellent and pragmatic approach to trading which I found to be exceptional. I can unequivocally state that it hasenhanced my trading consistency. I am continuing to review it and use it in my path to mastery. It has become an integral part of my arsenal.

Really hits the spot. Gets right down to the problem - great diagnosis, prognosis and cure. If you are at the stage in trading where you are strong enough to admit that fear adversely affects your bottom line then this is the medicine you need.
