I've tried a lot of melatonin supplements over the years, but **Vitamatic 30 mg Melatonin** is hands down the best! *original review may, 2022-The first 2 times i bought this it was great. Tasted good and worked ok. Not sure if it actually had 30 mg but i have a super high tolerance for melatonin. The third time i ordered it, it tasted awful. Like chalk. Like they didn't put any of the xylitol in it. I figured maybe just one bad bottle. Ordered a 4th bottle. Tasted great again no problem. Ordered 5th bottle. Back to the awful chalky taste. Will not order again.*Update april 2023So my old review had it rated at 1 star. I'm bumping it up to 5 stars. So i know i originally said i wouldn't buy again but due to another brand i was using permanently going out of stock i had to find a brand that works for me. Personally i have a lot of experience with melatonin. I use extremely high doses. I also know that disolvables and liquid melatonins under your tongue are far superior to capsules, tablets and pills. Very little melatonin passes through the digestive track and is absorbed by pills. I also didn't want anything with sugar or sucralose. Unfortunately there are very few options that don't have sucralose. Even vitamatic makes several different versions that have sucralose. So these lack of options led me to give this another try. I guess they stepped up their quality assurance department because after 4 bottles in a row they taste fine. Disolve at a great speed, not too fast or too slow. They also seem to work much better than I remembered. So here i am using a product again that i said i wouldn't.

These are well packed for shipment. They arrived intact with no breakage.They easily dissolve under the tongue or in the lips.The flavor is a nice feature. However, the flavor doesn't last for the complete dissolve. That doesn't hinder me but if you are more sensitive or need the flavor the full time of dissolve, you might look elsewhere.There are great quality and offered at a good price.

I used the 20MG version and I really like those. They were compact and had a decent flavor to them. Bought these thinking that being from the same company I would be getting the same product only in a stronger form. Not the case. I will not speak to if they work as every person is different and for me most nights they do. But they seem to be the same amount of flavoring as the 20MG but with a lot of filler to make the pills seem bigger. They are like chewing chalk powder and really do not taste too good. You immediately want to take some water to get it down.
