A great bike rack!
This rack is very solid, fairly easy to install, and works well. It is pretty easy to get a bike on there, once you do it once or twice. It folds up when not in use, and I like that it cradles the tire, not the rim, so there is no risk of damaging your rim or spokes.Two minor issues - the end caps are hard to remove before installing. One of the plastic tabs snapped off when I tried to remove it. Fortunately it was the top cap and with the other intact tab on there, the missing tab isn't an issue. Second, the bottom (back tire) bracket is a bit narrow. When I swivel my bike, the height of the tire and rim exceeds the width of the bracket, so the tire comes out of the bracket. It's easy to put back and manage if you keep an eye on it, just be aware that even if your tire width is within the specific range, the height of the tire+rim might also affect the fit on that bracket. My wife's bike, with a narrower tire, does not have the issue.

No lifting required
Great design, so you never have to lift your bike which I don't think my wife would have managed (the excuse I'm using to avoid admitting that I would also struggle).Fairly easy to install and they feel quite sturdy and long lasting. Would benefit from having more of a shelf-part underneath where an eBike charger could be placed, but adding a small shelf to the wall gets around that.

Best bike rack purchase ever
Super easy install, love the fact that the racks move to make more space.Super high qualityOnly small disappointment with 2 of the bolts slightly larger than 1/2” head, requiring a slightly larger metric tool. This was only on the classic rack and the MTB racks, no issue.

End cap missing cant return
Bought the two pack nice bike rack but one of the racks didnt have the end cap and couldn't contact the seller. Everything else was good.
