Snappy software
Not bad for a budget smart TV could not complain much, the Lg software is snappy and very easy to use and it's the same as the high end oled stuff, it has 3 HDMI portsbut keep in mind this is a budget TV so the brightness is terrible and the picture quality is kinda bad compared to an Oled panel and the sound quality is average, but what made me super happy with this TV is running my old Xbox 360 on this TV is a wonderful experience because of the LOW picture quality and Xbox 360 is a low quality, but it locks and feel much just like the old good days and way better than the high end TV cause you can't see the pixels. overall it's an alright TV, snappy software with a smart remote, good for retro gaming and it's for people who just want to watch YouTube and maybe a little bit of Netflix.

Smart is a bit of a stretch
Whilst the TV itself is good and the picture quality is of a reasonably high standard to call itself smart may be a bit of a stretch. The functions are slow, taking up to 10 seconds to pull up the TV guide for example. Ok that may not seem like much, but after living with it for a year it's frustrating and that's just one example. My biggest grumble however is the recording facility. I purchased a high quality memory stick to record direct from the TV, set up some programmes to record simply enough yet found not all the programmes recorded completely. The TV will record a programme set to record in it's entirety perhaps 60% of the time, if you're lucky. The rest of the time it stops recording when it chooses, sometimes after a minute sometimes after 55 minutes so you miss the vital ending. The TV always blames it on memory stick as well. I would not recommend direct recording from this TV.

Bought in 2018 an update
Having used LG TV and other products for quite some time I did indeed my let down by this product which has been in place since buying it in 2018 up until the last 6 months the tv was great but slowly an issue being called dirty screen is making enjoyment of this tv impossible - all the colours are wrong and in any thought screen I can see distorted colours coming from the led source. I am about to see what if anything LG might do in this matter but after investigating is not looking great according to other owners. Please anyone contact me if they think I should just cut my looses and go to a new brand with a similar price range. If this wasn’t such an awful issue I might have stayed with LG but 3 years not 10 or fifteen years is really not good enough

Ok for the price
Ok but the sound is poor, speech sounds strangely muted and at times unclear when compared to the rest of the audio action. Fast moving objects seem less well handled than my 8 year old hd panasonic plasma but it is perfectly watchable after you have spent the time to adjust the picture presets. Almost returned it as faulty as it has (or had - not sure if has yet been rectified?!) a known software/hardware bug which meant the tv forgot/lost channels even after updating. Had to disable auto channel update to stop the bug which research suggests also affects some other LG models and has been known about for some time. Browsing with it is interminably slow and webpages have to be reloaded fairly regularly from time to time but unsure how this compares with other so called "smart" LED tvs -perhaps it is par for the course? Apps seem to work fine from my limited use of such once they have been updated. I have read that the next model up has a superior panel which is better for gaming. Not a bad tv but an extra £50+ can get something better.

A good product for a great price
A good product for a good price. Quality is good and easy to use. A few setting that are not available which I would like to see, which is to set the shutdown time and for it to remember the input source it was last on. As it most of the time will be on "TV" when I am using it ( left it in ) in HDMI slot 1.I have the 43" model. Width is 98cm (38 9/16 ") . Height is 57cm (22 7/16 ") . Depth is 8cm (3 1/8 "). This is outer edge of TV including the screen bezel which is +- 16mm (5/8 ") around the TV. I did not use the legs as I have it mounted.EDIT: After contacting LG, It seems that having the TV check for program listing updates is what resets the TV to the antenna input . Turning this off fixed the "remember last input" problem.

Not great
Been using it for more than a year now. Some problems encounteredit's slow i.e. not only does it take a few moments to "warm up" turn on he TV and you can't change the channel immediately. It runs out of memory quite especially while watching Netflix and sometimes YouTube. The LG website says you must restart your TV when this happens but I think they were really stingy with the RAM here.It drops the WiFi connection randomly, but this never happened in the beginning, in the past few months it seems to have gotten quite frequent.Remember also that you can't just connect any old Bluetooth headphones to this TV, I've tried in vain.If you spend a lot of time with watching TV then this probably isn't something for you.
