Walnut and stainless steel with cast stainless steel cheese fork.

Review: These last very well! - I like the fact that you have two choices of thickness to slice. I’ve had one just like this for at least 10 years, but when I saw this with the copper handle had to have another one.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Where is it made?**
A: Denmark

**Q: Where to find Replacement wire? What is the part number? Thanks**
A: Amazon sells replacement wires. They come 3 to a pack. If you remember to tighten the tension on the wire before every use or after every use, the wire will last longer. If there's too much slack in the wire it's more likely to break.

*by Y***A on 7 February 2026*

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful in the copper. And sturdy
*by A***E on 12 December 2020*

So efficient - and perfect as you can have a thick or a thin slice (just turn the slicer). Is perfect on the soft cheese (like the lovely danish Riberhus) and I don’t think you can use it on hard cheeses.
