Very impressive wrench set
I received this wrench set yesterday and I am impressed. The chrome finish is excellent and the beams feel really good in my hand. I did a ton of research before deciding on these and was going to go with Snap On, but these are about a third of the cost and equal or better in quality. I wanted a quality tool made in USA and that is what these are. The other thing of note is the wright-grip open end - it will grip the fastener, but what I found out was it won't mar the fastener unless under an extreme load or torque. That is when they would bite into it where other fasteners would round off the corners. The slight V at the back of the open end put points of contact on more parts of the bolt instead of a normal wrench without an anti-slip feature which would be just on two sides. The Snap On flank drive plus has more aggressive teeth and will tend to mar more. I also watched some videos where only the Snap on and the Wright Grips did not slip off the bolt and actually broke the bolt during and extreme torque test. Prior to purchasing this set I bought the Milwaukee set and they have an aggressive open end which I was concerned would mar. If I had known more about the Wright set prior to purchasing those, I would have just gone with the Wright Wright-grip set. I was so impressed that I bought the SEA 11 piece set. I do like the canvas roll they are in, but it makes it a bit more cumbersome to pull a wrench vs a wrench rack or organizer in a tool chest drawer.

The best USA tool brand you've likely never heard of
These are without a doubt the best wrenches I've ever seen, and you can buy two sets for the price of one set of Snap On. Made in USA, with only US materials, Wright Tools has the finest quality, fit and finish I've ever seen. Value per dollar can't be beat. Lifetime warranty also. The chrome finish is jewel like. The Wright Grip feature of the open end is superb, grabbing rounded, rusty crusty fasteners and biting fast.As a pro, I've always shied away from even using the open end of a wrench. I'm telling you, these wrenches have change my perception completely. Don't overpay on the tool trucks. You'll be blown away by Wright's quality and value. Buy them, and experience the joy of holding these in your hand.

Snap-on performance for hundreds less
I purchased these along with a set of Williams Super Combos and SK long-patterns in order to find the set I liked best. Of the three, the WrightGrips were the best in almost every category.WrightGrip Pros:They had the best chrome by far (not wavy and no blemishes). The lettering was well centered on the handles (not so on the Williams or the SK).Beautiful finishing on the teeth of the open end and the splines of the 12-point loop end.The thick, rounded, heavy beams were very comfortable. The open end will hold as well as any other open ended wrench (even Snap-on Flank Drive Plus). The ends of the wrench are very beefy with a good amount of extra material; you could probably hit the wrench with a hammer and still not split the closed end!The denim roll is very nice and machine washable.WrightGrip Cons:The textured open end will slightly mar fasteners on one corner (but fasteners are not rounded and remain fully functional). The wrenches could be as long as the long pattern Snap-on and I wouldn't complain. The thicker open and closed ends of the wrenches give you less clearance, which will make a difference in really tight spaces (on poorly designed equipment).Overall, the WrightGrip wrenches are beautiful tools that make me smile whenever I use them.

Incredible value, fit, and finish. Fair competition to the truck brands.
I believe these to be the best value wrench you can by new. I specify new because you can get truck brands used for this price point. Since buying these I have also owned the Snap-On equivalent set- and sold them because I like these better. I bought these over the Snap-On /Mac /Cornwell/ Matco/SK /Proto initially for several reasons. The first price. Equivalent to SK & Proto and about half of truck brands. Second is the "Wright-Grip" is less aggressive and doesn't chew up fasteners like the Snap-On "Flank-Drive Plus." As somebody who does all their own automotive work and that of friends and family this is important. It bites, but not so much that you eat up your fastener. The third is that I like the width and length. The handle is wider than SO and the wrench is a bit shorter. These wrenches feel nice in my hands, I like the fatter handle more than the thinner SO. I like the shorter pattern to access reasons- I have SO long patter box ends for stubborn fasteners with room to swing a wrench.

Awesome wrench set
These so far have been amazing wrench’s. I have a set of SK long pattern metric and SAE and wanted a flank drive plus style without the ridiculous cost. The Wright grips are a huge improvement over SK wrench’s. I’ve used them on new and partially rounded bolts in hard to reach areas where only a open end would fit and these have removed every fastener. The only thing noteworthy in my opinion is the wright grips are generally shorter then the SK long pattern but only by half an inch or so.

Highly recommended
My brake line wrenches wouldn't remove the brake line from my old Toyota. But the open end of this wrench did the trick without issue. Absolutely thrilled with them, I'd say snap on quality at a significant discount

Quality at bargain Price.
Very well made and presented tools. Chrome plating quality a bonus. Easily as good as any brand on the market.Arrived inside 8 days from California to remote part of Australia.

10mm not stamped right. Product control?
Nice set but the 10mm is different than the rest. The “2.0” mark is missing. I don’t know why and wish I could find out how to get that remedied without returning the whole set. Everything else is accurate.

Excellent quality wrenches, questionable quality control
Excellent wrenches, you get a full set from 7mm to 24mm without skipping any sizes. The wrenches themselves have a meaty beam that allows better torque when loosening fasteners. These wrenches come with the Wright Grip feature that prevents stripping the fastener when using the open end, as the teeth bite into the fastener instead of rounding it. Perfect for Alignments or bolts that can only be accessed by an open ended wrench. The chrome finish leaves a bit more to be desired, but still good. The wrenches themselves are not as long as the Snap-on Flank Drive Plus wrenches, giving you less leverage. My set came with a 7/8 SAE wrench instead of a 23mm, leaving me very disappointed with the quality control. I've contacted Amazon and Wright Tool Company to see if I can get a replacement, but service is very poor and I'm stuck with a 7/8 wrench. For such a pricey wrench set, I expected better customer service and quality control. Please double check your set to make sure you have the correct wrenches!!

snap-on quality for less money
Chrome looks great and the stamping clearly visible. This is a very high quality set that most importantly performs well.Made in USA and I think it's worth paying a bit more to support American companies assuming the quality supports the higher price, which it does in this case. Also nice to support a smaller company compared to a often over-priced behemoth (snap-on).
