I call these dongles and have tried numerous examples of many different kinds. Some I still use. Some were poor quality or concept, especially those with short wires between connectors. The concept is great but the wire cannot seem to withstand the bending and tugging it gets from being closest to the phone. This is the first I’ve found that doesn’t use a small wire. Perfect! No wear and tear on the dongle from pulling and bending. The 90 degree angle means none on my actual headphones either and makes it more versatile with my small stand. I don’t think there’s a better answer unless Apple were to go back to a regular connection or make more styles of earbuds. I think you’ll find it’s a dependable, effective answer to using your favorite headphones. Try one!

Needed a simple way to connect a DLSR compatible shotgun mic to a iPhone on a gimbal. This did the trick perfectly!

i got this to use with my earbuds. I have a wire dongle for them, however recently it kept making it so the screen would pause, or there would be weird audio issues. I figured this being one solid piece would be a good choice, and the angled adapter made sense.And the first day it worked pretty well, and i enjoyed it. However starting one week in, I noticed that if I had the adapter placed at a certain angle, you would hear the noise interference possibly of the cell signal over the earbuds. I used a couple of different pairs and got the same result. However If I turned the adapter the opposite direction, it worked pretty well without that interference so no big deal.However after a few weeks now it is also sending the right audio signal from barley any movement, and causing the show to randomly pause or lag out temporarily. Without using an adapter I have no issues, but I hate the stock earbuds that come with the Galaxy s20.So it does work, and thusly I give it 3 stars, as this may JUST be my use case for the device. However I really wish it was better, and i would not purchase this again.

I refuse to give up my old school headphone and needed an adapter. The wire adapters I’ve purchased have all broken and shorted out very quickly. This is the best and sturdiest adapter I’ve purchased. The sound quality is superb and poses little to no risk of shorting out like other adapters.You’ll be happy with this one!!!

This is the best Lighting to 3.5mm adapter I have EVER PURCHASED!!! I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE!! I have Beats Pro Over the ear headphones and this adapter makes my music experience with them heavenly. I have had many other adapters that failed in the past but this one is the one! Its sleek, stylish and very comfortable to hold in your hand on in your pocket while connected to your iPhone. Works wonderfully with iPad as well!!

These are amazing!! I was so worried they wouldn't work right and I was going to have to buy a pair of actual lightning headphones. If you care about lag latency with the microphone picking up on your content - specifically when making TikTok duets and stitches - these are a game changer. You can now use ANY headphones with a mic (I use my really nice AKG headphones from when I used to have Samsung phones) and it registers as lightning headphones with no lag or issues what-so-ever. Sounds amazing, no quality loss I can discern.I'm super happy, because I feel they're going to take the port away eventually for waterproofing and now I don't have to buy headphones I may only be able to use for a handful of years, I can use this adapter for the ones I use for my gear already.

Worked great for 2 days, then the phone stopped recognizing it as a compatible iPhone accessory. Tried every hack possible to get it to work. It’s really a great design, way better than the original iPhone one that my kids destroyed. Such a shame, seems like the design would of been durable. The reason I gave 1 star is because it specifically said in the description that it would be recognized as a compatible iPhone accessory. Why even include that if it doesn’t? Returning.

The sound cuts in and out. It worked fine for a short time but is now useless. I'd expect a refund, but apparently I can't get one after 3 months. Which is about how long it lasted. A very cheaply made, but expensively priced, bit of tat. Avoid. Do not buy.

Product arrived faulty. Only right channel working and picking up crosstalk. Do not recommend.

Horrible shape to fit in your pocket causes sound to brake up while in pocket not worth the amount being charged
