The media could not be loaded.  The camera has a metal construction and is made really well. It was very easy to set up through the ethernet and power cables and worked straightaway on the CamHi app. My H.View NVR also picked this camera up pretty quickly which was pleasing. The PTZ features seem to work really well (see video) and the picture is really sharp with the 5MP rating.This is my fourth camera from SV3C and the first PTZ camera. Two are bullet cameras and one is a dome camera and they all also work well.I have also been impressed with the night vision mode where you have the option to use normal (black and white at night time) or colour or automatic. The Zoom feature is also very responsive as is the humanoid feature and audio settings which also work really well. All of these modes are a real improvement.There is also an option to use a microSD card (up to 128MB) for storage and this is hidden well underneath the camera and secured with screws in the casing.All in all, this is an excellent camera with great features, ease of use and is also made really well. Highly recommended.

Have put this up on the 1st floor (UK) and was very decent, nice zoom, tracking functionality of people, but it isn't smooth.Connected it to an NVR via Onvif and worked fine too, however couldn't get it to work with recording to the NVR, but don't think thats at the fault of the camera itself?One thing I find with these less known brands is the camera app sucks, either it is outdated or buggy at best, which was the case with this. But once you get it to work, it works fine.Human detection is meh and sometimes it breaks entirelly leading my camera to look far left for no reason, especially detects trees as humans.For the price however, if you need a camera with PTZ and zooming then this will be more than enough.However, if you want a solid solution for years to come with better APP and humanoid detection, just go for more robust solution. I'd recommend Reolink, but can't say for sure as I only saw reviews and not having bought one myself, yet.

The product in review deserves 5 stars. The hardware is fantastic value for money as it captures very clear images day and night with fantastic 20x optical zoom. I have contacted the company customer service about a few different things and they have been super helpful and very quick in response.Downsides to this product are more to do with their mobile app. The app is constantly crashing and losing connection despite the web interface working properly, all be it a bit bland.Further improvements I would suggest are fixing the app bugs, and also having a night vision sensitivity bar which determins when night mode is enabled. I have a street lamp oposite my house and this prevents night mode from switching on for a very long time. Would be nice to automatically turn on when the surrounding environment excluding that street lamp is dark outside.Overall though the product in question and customer service all deserve 5 stars from me!

The SV3C Security Camera is an impressive camera that suits a wide variety of purposes with flexible mounting placement thanks to the 20x optical zoom. Auto tracking is particularly impressive. The main downside is the sheer size of it.ProsReasonably affordable considering the amount of tech you get.Spotlight is very bright being both a deterrent and providing colour night video.Auto tracking people or cars works well and significantly improves the usable footage you get with unwanted guests.CONSPhysically large so it may be a bit obtrusive to some peoples tastesThe panning isn't 100% smooth, it sees someone, moves a bit, then moves a bit more as they move across the field of view, but the overall outcome is effective.

Camera is made from robust alloy and looks to be powder coated. The bracket intallation is simple and the cable exits from the side. The setup was easy using the search tool and accessing via the IP address of the camera. From there I can change quite alot of setting including ONIVF to work with my other make of NVR.SV3C are very helpful with thier product support.The quality of the capture is good and the audio is clear, I used this to detur someone from stealing from my drive. The PTZ control is a bit sluggish on my phone, but thats probably more to do with my phone. Access via the PC is much more responsive. A grate buy all in all.

I've had this camera less than two months and it's gone mental. Even after a hard reset at the camera it won't stop pointing at the ground and panning left and right. The instruction manual is awful and no help at all.Such a shame because it was fairly impressive before randomly becoming possessed.

Très belle qualité pour cette caméra achetée pour surveiller l’accès principal de la maison et la terrasse. Nous voulions quelque chose de performant et nous ne sommes vraiment pas déçus, c’est un achat que je recommanderai sans hésitation.

The media could not be loaded.  Nella confezione troviamo la telecamera con l'antenna da avvitare, l'alimentatore, un cavetto ethernet, viti e tasselli e naturalmente chiusure impermeabili per il cavo ethernet eventualmente collegato.HardwareLato hardware è un'ottima telecamera con scocca metallica massiccia, resistente a intemperie e urti, un sensore Sony (che non ha bisogno di presentazioni) con obiettivo 2,7 ~ 13,5 mm, led infrarossi belli grossi e potenti, direzionali per una visione notturna decente. Dalla staffa, come sempre nelle telecamere di questo tipo, fuoriescono i fili che sono uno per l'alimentazione (in dotazione), uno per il cavo ethernet (a cui occorre collegarla per la prima configurazione con cui impostare l'eventuale Wi-Fi a cui si vuole collegare se si preferisce un collegamento senza fili), e un terzo cavo che nasconde un pulsante per il reset del dispositivo (che avrei preferito nascosto dentro la testa della camera dove si trova la micro sd).Qualitativamente parlando, per la scocca della camera, ha una fattura veramente buona che fa invidia a tanti altri prodotti sul mercato.Ottimo anche il fatto che la capsula superiore sia fissa e dentro questa vi siano i motori che fanno ruotare la telecamera che, dalla pioggia, resta protetta dalla capsula superiore.SoftwareLato software usa l'app CamHipro (anche se sul manuale è indicato di usare CamHi è compatibile con CamHipro che è fatta meglio) che consente di gestire piuttosto bene la telecamera. Ha le classiche funzioni di motion detect e pianificazione ma ha anche tutte quelle integrazioni che la rendono professionale e sfruttabile in impianti di video sorveglianza strutturati con un NVR che registra gli allarmi. Il dispositivo ha infatti il protocollo ONVIF che consente di integrarsi perfettamente in un sistema con NVR anche se nella rete sono in uso telecamere di altri brand.Possibile la configurazione, via brawser, più approfondita, che consente di modificare parametri che dall'app non si possono toccare e che sono interventi riservati a chi sa quello che fa.Naturalmente ha l'human detect che consente di individuare e distinguere gli esseri umani dai movimenti di oggetti riducendo così gli allarmi.La micro sd (non fornita) è un ulteriore garanzia utile in due casi: qualora la si usi senza alcun NVR nella rete, così registrerà e sarà possibile, da remoto, visionare le riprese registrate tramite l'app, oppure, per chi la configura per un uso più professionale, la micro SD funzionerà da backup delle immagini già registrate dall'NVR.E' quindi possibile usarla anche senza altri apparati, semplicemente con la sua app che lavora molto bene ed facile e intuitiva anche se talvolta mal tradotta nelle schermate di configurazione iniziale.Lato zoom e qualità video, nulla da eccepire, si comporta bene, zooma senza difficoltà con una buona definizione e qualità video con una messa a fuoco automatica niente male.Configurazione inizialeSe si vuole usare in Wi-Fi occorre dare le credenziali alla telecamera e per farlo, alla prima accensione occorrerà collegarla via cavo ethernet (presente in confezione) al router di casa così che telecamera e smartphone siano sulla stessa rete. A quel punto dall'app si aggiunge un nuovo dispositivo di tipo "telecamera IP", si sceglie "dispositivo in uso" (che è una traduzione assurda per una nuova telecamera) e da li si sceglie di cercarla nella rete premendo su "cerca dispositivi vicini"Fatto questo viene aggiunta alla lista dei propri dispositivi e si può vedere in qualunque momento anche da remoto.Per impostare la rete wireless (a 2.4Ghz) occorrerà andare nelle impostazioni alla voce "impostazioni Wi-Fi" e scegliere rete e password.Complessivamente è un prodotto che costa, non poco, ma che vale tutto quello che costa, specialmente per visione notturna e zoom che sono entrambi veramente ottimi come mostrato nella video recensione.Complessivamente lo trovo un ottimo prodotto consigliato.

Da ich schon mehrere SV3C Kameras besitze und mich die Qualität, der Kundenservice und die einfache Inatallation überzeugte, wollte ich mir einfach mal eine noch bessere Kamera davon zulegen und habe es nicht bereut. Unser Zweitwohnsitz ist 130km entfernt, hat ausser einem Wochenendhaus keinen Nachbarn und haben wir dort Tiere, weshalb derartige Kameras ideal sind. Zum einen kann ich jederzeit alles am Handy kontrollieren, zum anderen bekomme ich eine sofortige Meldung, wenn sich jemand unbefugt auf das Grundstück begibtt (oder eines der Tiere mal ausreißt). Faszinierend finde ich auch das intelligente "tracking", wodurch die Kamera (bzw. die Blickrichtung) sich mit dem Eindringling (oder Ausreißer) mitbewegt! Durch den großen Schwenkbereich hat man die Sicht auf ein großes Umfeld. Zudem hat man dann auch noch Beweisaufnahmen! Die Installation ist wirklich für jedermann ganz einfach. Selbst bei Nacht sieht man durch das unsichtbare Infrarotlicht alles wie mit einem Scheinwerfer. Man kann sogar nachts bei Infrarotbeleuchtung auf Farbe umstellen. Durch die 5MP Auflösung lässt sich alles klar erkennen, auch wenn man mal vergrößert. Und durch die Möglichkeit einer 128GB SD-Card braucht man sich nicht sorgen, dass auch nach längerer Zeit eine Aufnahme überspielt wird. Fragen werden prompt vom sehr freundlichen Kundenservice beantwortet. Somit bin ich mehr als zufrieden und kann ich diese Kamera nur empfehlen und versichern, dass man damit eine gute Investition gemacht hat!

Cette camera est facile à installer et à mettre en marche. Elle a l'aire solide.Le paramétrage est plus compliquer, il faut beaucoup tâtonner pour trouver les réglages que vous souhaité.Il n'y a aucunes explications pour utiliser les applications. Déjà il y a 2 applis !!! pourquoi faire simple quant on peut faire compliqué. La traduction est approximative et les termes technique nombreux. Perso j'ai préférer camHipro.Le logiciel pc n'ai pas plus facile.J'ai contacté le support technique qui ma renvoyer sur des notices en ligne qui sont pas plus clair, sauf peut-être pour un expert informatique. J'ai réussi à la paramètre seul après de nombreux essais.Difficile d'identifier une personne à environ 8m de jour comme de nuit.Le suivi est trop lent, en marchant normalement la camera vous perd.Le son est mauvais et ne sert pas à grand chose.Pas de ralenti, pas de marche arrière, ni d'arrêt sur image, à la lecture des vidéos enregistrées . Dommage!Sinon cette camera fait le job, elle est surement dissuasive et permet de voir se qui se passe chez vous quand vous n'est pas là . Je suppose qu'il y à mieux mais surement bien plus cher.A vous de voir en fonction de vos besoins.
