Great gift.
Got this as a gift for my dad. He’s a typical dad who likes to share his funny jokes. He was easily amused with this book and shared the jokes with his friends and family.

Some genuine howlers here
OK, if you buy a book of "dad jokes", you know what to expect. That said, some of the jokes in here are genuinely clever, funny or both. Some are dreadful, but then that's kinda the deal! The "joke a day" format means that you can tell people the joke that relates to their birthday, which is entertaining (especially if the joke is an absolute stinker!). Recommended - was a great stocking-filler.

Such A Funny Book!
The book says eyerolls guaranteed - and you can bet there are eyerolls! This book is packed full of jokes - and they can all be termed as dad jokes - some cringy, some to make you eyeroll but all to make you giggle! The kids love the jokes and keep poring through the pages to find a new joke to tell us and their Dad has really enjoyed learning the science behind the dad joke and how to tell the perfect dad joke. With over 365 jokes to check out, this book is fantastic and lots of fun - expect plenty of laughs!

Perfect Father’s Day gift!
I bought this book as I was looking for Father’s Day gift ideas for a blog post I’m writing and I have to say it’s the perfect gift for dads who love telling jokes. I love that there’s a joke a day. The jokes are dad joke cringe worthy and very funny! We have all been laughing out loud. It’s not just for dads to tell jokes though. My son is 5 and loves telling jokes. We’ve been reading the jokes together and he’s been going into school and telling them to his friends and getting lots of lols!! I also love that there’s actually a science and psychology explanation to the dad joke in the introduction 😂 This book means that there is no day this year when we haven’t got a joke to tell - it’s fab!

Love it, love it, love it!
I was telling dad jokes long before I became a dad, so my wife bought this for me. The jokes themselves are exactly what you want from a dad joke - cringey, tut-inducing, eye-rolling. As soon as I got the book, we started by reading a joke from our family's birthdays. My son was literally burst out with laughter at each one, my wife was stood in the background with a facial expression that screamed 'Really?!' and our 10 month old girl sat by her brother laughing along too (although I think that might be to do with her brother's reactions, rather than the jokes!).What I really love about this book, though, are the opening chapters which explore the science behind laughter and behind dad jokes, as well as advice on delivery from a professional comedian. I've come across plenty of joke books, but that element really sets it aside from anything else I've seen out there.I've already ordered a copy for my dad for Father's Day, a copy for my brother's birthday and a copy for my father-in-law!

A great gift for dads
I bought this for my father-in-law for Father's Day and thought I would have a quick read first. There are some great dad jokes that will have the family giggling and eyes rolling. You've got a joke for every day of the year so plenty to keep dads entertained and stocked with jokes to tell the family and friends. A great read.

Jokes aren’t great
Even for dad jokes these are not great but day by day joke structure is good.

A Surprisingly Fun and Clever Book!
I picked up this book on a whim. I’m not a father myself (yet), but I am getting to that age (the dreaded late 20’s) where many of my lifelong friends are becoming first-time parents. With this in mind, I thought this book might help me reconnect with the family-friendly humor I’ve lost over the years. As a millennial, dark jokes and pessimistic quips have basically become my personality, and I thought a throwback to a more innocent time might be a good pallet cleanser. Plus, if there are going to be more kids running around, I’ll need some new material. What surprised me was how cathartic the book actually was. I’m not sure who the authors at DaddiLife Books actually are, but I feel like they really understand the dad of today. While the book is primarily dedicated to a fun list of daily dad jokes that touch on a wide range of charming and corny humor, there were other sections that really struck me:In the section “We Need Dad Jokes,” the author says the following, “In a world that has become so serious and polarized, the dad joke is a very welcome break from the noise and stress. It’s silly. It’s unsophisticated. It’s something that everyone can understand and be part of. It’s an adult man making himself vulnerable and open to ridicule in the name of comic relief. It’s a refreshing change from the competitive, hostile world.” And that was exactly how I felt reading the book!Flipping through the pages, I really enjoyed the fun illustrations that complement the casual, conversational tone of the jokes themselves. The book isn’t written to be a timeless classic, but it doesn’t dismiss its subject matter as frivolous either. It teaches you about dad jokes, their relevancy and how to best tell them too, in the engaging way.If you’re like me, and you could use a reminder that the world can be light-hearted and silly, then I’d highly recommend this book. Plus, the jokes do go over pretty well - I’ve already tried a few!

Prepare yourself
This book made my fiancé light up. I got it because we have a 2 month old daughter and thought this would be funny… I almost regret my decision because the jokes are so bad, but in a good funny way haha. He loves the book, good purchase for any dad.
