Can never connect to base even though I'm next to the base
I had an older version of this phone and had it for several years. Decided to replace it with a newer version. To my disappointment, unlike my previous set, this set has trouble picking up calls. I can hear other receivers ringing, the one i try to answer from says main unit is off, a.d wont allow me to pick up. Super annoying.

The sound was not good.

Order as a gift for Mother but first one was pirated; finally received replacement and Mother LOVES her new phones. Just in time because her old system was dying a slow death with lots of static. Glad I purchased
