I purchased this thinking that it had the connecting hose, it was on me for not thoroughly doing my research! Other than that it served its purpose well, it was easy to install, the size fit our window. You could adjust it as needed. The material is very durable, we moved in this timeframe and all the material was kept in tact when we removed it. This is a great purchase to make, price is worth it.

The Air Conditioner Kit was great. It fit perfectly

1. The long plastic plate that fits inside the other long plate was too long for a ~20" wide window. I had to cut it about halfway with a saw in order for it to fit.2. The adapter didn't fit my A/C unit's exhaust hose, I used my own heavy-duty tape to connect them.3. The insulation tape that came with it is really thin, I bought 1/8" thick insulating tape. There are a lot of spaces with this device.4. Doesn't come with screws for the adapter to connect to the plate..? And even when screwed in, there's still space between the plate and the adapter.It does the job now, but all in all, it took about 3 hours to assemble/hack together. Somewhat complicated and tedious installation process for a narrow window. But at least I can open and close the window, and it seems to function as intended FWIW.
