Second one within 1 year
The Rating may be confusing because overall we do enjoy the product for our daughter, however the rating is low due the product's inability to last. We are on our second one within 1 year.We received this as a Christmas present from a family member in December 2021. Within 1 month, it stopped working. It was just outside of the 30 day return policy. Usually we would throw it away and be done with it, however our daughter is special needs and really took a liking to this toy. Because of that, we bought another one in the middle of January. A few weeks ago, this one also stopped working.We are disappointed because again, our daughter really enjoys this toy, however we refuse to keep buying a product that simply cannot last.
